RESEARCH FOCUS
AdoDigitFam conducts pioneering research at the nexus of technology and family dynamics. Our projects aim to advance understanding of how digital media influences social relationships and well-being.

OUR VALUES
INCLUSIVITY + EMPOWERMENT
We are dedicated to amplifying the voices of underrepresented and marginalised groups, valuing these voices as situated knowers with unique and invaluable perspectives.
INNOVATION + RIGOR
We strive for methodological excellence, employing mixed-method approaches with a focus on qualitative research to uncover deeper and more meaningful insights.
COLLABORATION + IMPACT
We believe in the power of interdisciplinary collaboration and aim to translate our research into accessible, impactful insights for individuals, families and professionals.
INTEGRITY + RESPECT
Our work is grounded in ethical principles, respect for participants within their contexts, and a commitment to producing responsible and meaningful research.
OUR APPROACH
Our research is guided by the most recent development of Bronfenbrenner’s ecological theory proposed by Navarro & Tudge (2022).
We employ a mix-method approach with a heightened focus on qualitative research, valuing the opportunity to give voice to previously unheard groups and understand their experiences in the digital landscape.
